Equity price in emerging market has been dropped as it was set too high. P/E ratio relative to MSCI Emerging Markets Index shows that from India, Taiwan, Philipphines are above 1 while only Shanghai and Korea Kospi is slightly less than 1; 0.9 and 0.8 respectively. MSCI EM index also keeps decreasing since some quarters before, now it touch its 10-year average. Until China-US conflict has light to be solved, it may be hasty to invest emerging markets. As the U.S election is coming, unpredictability will increase further. In the other words, there are plenty of opportunities coming with high risk.
