Emerging Markets May Lose Their Friendly Banker

China aimed to spread out yuan as they lent huge loans and make exchange swap contract with emerging markets. That´s how Venezuela and Turkey had huge amount of loan from China in the last decade. Now, as Chinese economy has been changed, China Development Bank, the nation´s policy lender, rather choose to finance China domestic projects such as building infrastructure and fighting with poverty. Among this internal policy change, trade war between China and the U.S. begins so the Chinese economy may not be afford to issue new loans. For emerging countries looking for a loan, China would not be a good answer.
